How will you make an impact in this role

The Senior Lead Analyst will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end delivery of features built for SPACE (Sales Incentive capabilities) application within GCS. This individual will partner closely with Product Owners, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure that all deliverables meet the high standards of data integrity and functionality. This role requires strong analytical and technical capabilities, particularly in SQL and data validation, along with a deep understanding of testing methodologies within a product development lifecycle.

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also, they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to review and refine business requirements, contributing to the development of test strategies, acceptance criteria,and detailed test cases that ensure quality and reliability across all product features.
  • Design, document, and execute comprehensive testing planscovering functional, integration, regression, and UAT phases, ensuring adherence to defined timelines and quality standards.
  • Perform complex SQL-based data validation and analysis, identifying discrepancies, validating business logic, and ensuring consistency across multiple data sources.
  • Support ad-hoc analysisefforts to inform product enhancements and validate feature performance.
  • Partner with Engineering and Business teams to monitor development and testing progress, manage dependencies, resolve defects, and escalate risks proactively.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)and business sign-off processes, ensuring end-user needs are met prior to production release.
  • Conduct production validation and post-implementation analysisto ensure data accuracy, completeness, and business alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline testing processes, enhance data quality, and strengthen documentation standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on SQL experience, including writing and optimizing complex queries (joins, aggregations, CTEs).
  • Proficiency with data warehousing platforms, preferably GCP BigQuery.
  • Familiarity with Pythonfor data analysis, validation automation, or scripting preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience working within structured SDLC methodologies(Agile, Waterfall) and using testing and tracking toolssuch as Jira or Rally.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excelfor data analysis and PowerPointfor communicating findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables independently, exercising sound judgment, attention to detail, and accountability for results.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret large data sets, identify anomalies, and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts in clear, business-relevant terms.
  • Proven collaborator with a track record of influencing cross-functional teamsand driving alignment in complex delivery environments.

  • Prior experience in a financial services environment, with understanding of sales performance metrics and business KPIs.
  • Demonstrated initiative in learning new data tools, technologies, and testing frameworks.
  • Strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
