How will you make an impact on this role

• Supporting OAS Operations process includes customer query, tracking of feeds, monitoring of system jobs and application access.
• Support all Maintenance related activities in OAS including enhancements and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with agreed SLA, internal guidelines, accounting policies/ protocols and managing internal and external audits.
• Work with OAS stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements.
• Support and participate in the process of standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives including business partner and customer initiatives.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders - Process Owners, Product owner, Technology partners.
• Always ensure Financial Integrity and proactively identifying risks.

Qualification /Critical Skills / Knowledge required

• B.COM/B. Tech/MBA/Postgraduate with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
• Working experience of development of reports and dashboards in OAS, preferably in Finance organization.
• A strong ERP knowledge such as Oracle, Well-Developed Analytical Skills including financial accounting / reporting understanding.
• A fast/keen learner with the ability to learn a detailed process quickly.
• Ability to share technical knowledge and proactively encourage others to do the same.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible working in different shifts.
