Role Summary
As a Senior Laravel Developer at Nitwebs, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of innovative web applications. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for writing clean, scalable code. The ideal candidate must be an expert in Laravel, core coding fundamentals, and server management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play an integral role in the full software development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Laravel development.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Tools & Practices: Proficient in Git, Composer, npm, and modern development workflows.
- Front-End Exposure: Experience with frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Angular (preferred).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize code.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Standards: Strong commitment to writing secure, scalable, and maintainable code.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of robust web applications using Laravel.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and other developers to define and deliver high-quality features.
- Write efficient, testable, and reusable code adhering to industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain applications to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate them.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, recommending enhancements to improve development efficiency and product performance.
