We are currently looking for a top-tier Laravel Architect & Team Lead who can design scalable systems, lead senior developers, and drive engineering excellence.
Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptionally skilled Laravel Architect with deep expertise in building high-performance, scalable applications. The ideal candidate will lead a team of 12 senior Laravel developers, architect complex systems, and ensure our platforms scale efficiently both at the code level and infrastructure level.
This role requires someone who combines technical mastery with strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & System Design
- Design and architect large-scale Laravel applications.
- Build systems capable of handling high traffic and large datasets.
- Define application architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Implement microservices or modular architectures when required.
- Ensure systems are secure, optimized, and scalable.
Application Scalability
- Optimize applications at code level, database level, and server level.
- Implement caching strategies (Redis, Memcached).
- Design efficient queue systems, job processing, and background tasks.
- Improve performance with database optimization and query tuning.
Infrastructure & DevOps Understanding
- Work with AWS / DigitalOcean / VPS / Cloud environments.
- Knowledge of load balancing, auto-scaling, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
- Understand server architecture for high availability systems.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of 12 senior Laravel developers.
- Conduct code reviews and technical planning.
- Guide developers in solving complex engineering problems.
- Ensure code quality, architecture consistency, and delivery timelines.
Project Management
- Work closely with management and clients to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Participate in technical decision-making and roadmap planning.
