Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Landscape BIM Coordinator at studioCREATE located in Hyderabad, India.

The Senior Landscape BIM Coordinator will play a key role in advancing digital delivery across landscape architectureprojects. The coordinator will also take accountability for the quality and consistency of BIM deliverables, remain engaged inproduction where required to support project deadlines and validate SOPs, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with projectmanagement teams to align digital processes with project objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in architecture, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination in an Architectural Firm

5+ years production experience in design drafting (all design stages)

Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD

Basic knowledge in automation skills like Dynamo and Revit API is an added advantage

Understanding of various BIM uses such as Code validation, Design coordination, Quantity take-off, GIS, VR, AIM,etc. will be an added advantage
