Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join our interdisciplinary design team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in conceptualizing, planning, and executing landscape designs that align with our sustainability values. You will be instrumental in shaping eco-sensitive environments across residential, agricultural, and community-centric developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the landscape design process from concept development through construction documentation.
  • Create innovative, site-sensitive, and sustainable landscape solutions in alignment with Organo's eco-habitat philosophy.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, planners, civil engineers, horticulturists, and environmental consultants.
  • Prepare landscape master plans, planting plans, irrigation layouts, grading, and drainage strategies.
  • Conduct site analysis and develop context-specific strategies for soil, flora, topography, water systems, and microclimates.
  • Develop cost estimates, material specifications, and tender documents.
  • Supervise landscape implementation on-site, ensuring adherence to design intent, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Participate in client and stakeholder meetings; present design proposals and reports effectively.
  • Stay updated on indigenous plant species, regenerative design methods, and emerging landscape technologies.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • 68 years of professional experience in landscape design, with at least 2 years in leading design or site execution roles.
  • Proven experience with sustainable or ecological design projects is highly preferred.
  • Strong design sensibility and ability to translate concepts into detailed landscape solutions.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, GIS, and landscape modeling/rendering tools.
  • Knowledge of local flora, soil conditions, and climate-responsive planting strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills.
  • Strong project management and time management abilities.
