We are seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to deliver Large scale Landscape Projects. This role demands a seasoned professional with a deep design background in Master planning, Landscape, and architecture, coupled with a proven ability to manage complex, large-scale Landscape projects from concept to realization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Project Leadership:
- Direct all phases of Landscape projects, ensuring alignment with client vision and project goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
- Design & Technical Excellence:
- Provide expert design leadership, driving innovative and contextually sensitive Landscape solutions.
- Oversee the development of conceptual frameworks, Landscape layouts, land use strategies, and mobility plans.
- Integrate sustainable, resilient, and smart city principles into all project aspects.
- Maintain rigorous quality control over all design and technical deliverables.
- Able to assist in preparing technical proposals for designated Landscape project bids
- Assist in the preparation and review of RFPs
- Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities and Landscape Technical Specifications in familiarity with CSI and NBS formats
- Assess and coordinate MEP design loads pertaining to water supply, drainage, lighting and irrigation requirements
- Able to lead interdisciplinary coordination meetings
- Stakeholder & Client Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients, government agencies, and key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
- Effectively present design concepts and Landscape planning strategies through compelling presentations and workshops.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and navigate complex approval processes.
- Project Development & Mentorship:
- Lead a multidisciplinary project team, foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide mentorship and guidance in Landscape and Ecological site planning.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in landscape architecture or Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a reputed university.
Experience:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Landscape site planning, placemaking, or large-scale development projects.
- Demonstrated success in managing projects from initial concept through to completion.
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional Site planning and Landscape design work.
- Full working knowledge of and project delivery experience on Revit, AutoCAD, BIM360, Navisworks, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Project Management Tools AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS office.
- Experience with parametric and data-driven design approaches is highly desirable.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification (if any)
