Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Laboratory Technician, based in Thane. The role includes overseeing laboratory activities, managing equipment, conducting quality control measures, performing advanced lab tests, and analyzing data to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. The Senior Laboratory Technician will be responsible for maintaining efficient workflows while adhering to safety guidelines to support the smooth functioning of the lab.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining laboratory equipment
- Strong laboratory skills, including sample handling and test execution
- Experience with quality control protocols and ensuring compliance
- Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting
- Experience in supervising or mentoring other Laboratory Technicians
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biotechnology, or a related field
- Relevant professional certifications or licensure are considered a plus
