Job Description

This role is for one of our clients

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) Facilitator – Consultant to lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and measurement of behavioral, management, and leadership development initiatives. This is a strategic consulting role focused on partnering with senior business leaders to create impactful learning solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

This is not a training coordination role. You will own the complete learning lifecycle—from organizational diagnosis and learning needs analysis to program design, facilitation, coaching, and effectiveness measurement—while ensuring every intervention aligns with business priorities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Learning Strategy & Needs Analysis

  • Conduct comprehensive Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI) through stakeholder interviews, focus groups, observations, surveys, and business data analysis.
  • Translate business challenges into measurable learning objectives and outcome-driven development programs.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and recommend effective learning interventions.

Program Design & Development

  • Design customized behavioral, management, and leadership development programs using adult learning principles and evidence-based methodologies.
  • Develop high-quality facilitator guides, participant workbooks, assessments, case studies, simulations, and other learning assets.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and modern learning technologies to enhance content creation and learner engagement.

Facilitation & Coaching

  • Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs for employees, managers, and senior leaders.
  • Facilitate leadership workshops, behavioral development sessions, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Conduct psychometric assessments and debrief sessions, providing meaningful insights to individuals and teams.
  • Offer one-on-one coaching to support leadership growth and individual development.

Learning Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Evaluate program effectiveness using recognized learning measurement frameworks such as Kirkpatrick, Phillips ROI, and business outcome metrics.
  • Prepare executive-ready reports highlighting learning impact, participant outcomes, and business value.
  • Continuously improve learning solutions based on participant feedback, business needs, and performance data.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR and business leaders to align learning initiatives with organizational priorities.
  • Mentor internal learning team members and contribute to best practices in organizational development.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, governance standards, and learning records throughout the engagement.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role is measured by:

  • Delivery of high-quality learning needs analyses and actionable development recommendations.
  • Design and facilitation of impactful leadership and behavioral development programs.
  • Strong participant engagement and facilitator effectiveness ratings.
  • Demonstrable improvements in leadership capability and business outcomes.
  • Timely delivery of executive reports with meaningful learning insights.
  • Positive stakeholder feedback on program quality, relevance, and measurable impact.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 12–15 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Development, or related functions.
  • Proven expertise in designing and facilitating customized behavioral, management, and leadership development programs.
  • Experience partnering with senior business leaders in technology, engineering, product, or other fast-paced corporate environments.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning methodologies, competency frameworks, and organizational development principles.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • CPLP/CPTD, CIPD Level 5/7, or an equivalent postgraduate qualification in HR, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
  • Certification in one or more psychometric assessment tools such as DISC, Hogan, MBTI, Harrison Assessments, or similar.
  • Active ICF coaching certification (ACC, PCC, or MCC) is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Experience using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for learning content development and analytics.
  • Knowledge of LMS platforms and virtual facilitation tools including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Mural, and Mentimeter.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 for reporting, documentation, and presentations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a strategic learning professional with a business-first mindset who can confidently partner with executives and cross-functional teams. You possess strong facilitation and consulting capabilities, demonstrate high ownership, make evidence-based decisions, and excel at translating business challenges into impactful learning solutions. You are equally comfortable facilitating leadership workshops, coaching senior leaders, leveraging AI-enabled learning tools, and measuring the real business impact of development initiatives.
