Job Title: Senior UKG (Kronos) Funcional Consultant

Location: Hybrid, Hyderabad, India

Type: Full-Time | 8–12 Years Experience

What You'll Do:

• Lead and contribute to UKG (Kronos) WFM implementation and enhancement projects
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions
• Configure and support:
• Timekeeping
• Pay Policies
• Accruals
• Scheduling
• Leave Management
• Support Workforce Central to Workforce Dimensions migrations
• Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams for integrations and data validation
• Support SIT, UAT, Parallel Runs, and Go-Live activities
• Provide post Go-Live support and resolve functional issues
• Partner with client stakeholders on change requests and continuous improvements

Who You Are:

8+ years of hands-on experience with UKG (Kronos) Functional Consulting

Exposure to global implementations (EAST ASIA PACIFIC regions)

Strong expertise in Timekeeping and Accrual configurations

Experience with Workforce Central and/or Workforce Dimensions

Solid understanding of Pay Rules and Leave Policies

Experience with UKG–Payroll / HRMS integrations

Excellent client communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting large enterprise WFM environments
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting setup
