Job Title: Senior Kinaxis Supply Planning Solution Consultant

Job Location: 100% remote Anywhere in India

Job Duration: 6 Months

Position is 100% remote, prefer candidates in India but would consider candidates in other geographies such as China, Korea, Malaysia, Argentina etc..

Most of the offshore resources on this specific team though are currently India based.

Relevant Kinaxis experience (proper hands-on at solution consultant level) they are expecting is at least 5+ years.

Kinaxis experience could be in either Demand Planning or Supply Planning or both.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Kinaxis Solution Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Supply Planning to support and enhance Kinaxis planning solutions.

You will work closely with business and IT teams to design, configure, and deliver Kinaxis solutions that support end-to-end supply chain planning.

This role is part of the Supply Chain Planning & Forecasting team and supports global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and deliver Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions (mainly Supply Planning)

Lead As-Is / To-Be workshops to understand business processes and requirements

Translate business needs into solution designs and functional specifications

Configure Kinaxis planning logic, constraints, and scenarios

Review existing Kinaxis solutions and recommend improvements

Support project planning, estimates, and timelines with the Delivery Manager and Architect

Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business sign-off

Identify and communicate project risks, issues, and dependencies

Work with global, cross-functional teams using Agile delivery methods

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation experience

(Project / enhancement / POC experience required end-user experience does not count)

Strong expertise in Supply Planning (Demand Planning experience is a plus)

Experience leading solution design and functional discussions with business users

Ability to configure Kinaxis solutions independently with minimal oversight

Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and processes

Experience working with global teams and stakeholders

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA integrations with Kinaxis

Experience in CPG, FMCG, or large manufacturing environments

Exposure to end-to-end integrated planning (Demand Supply Inventory / Capacity)

MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain or related field

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

MBA / Master's in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus, not mandatory
