We are Dr. Oetker India. Since our beginnings, under the brand FunFoods, we are a leading player in Mayonnaise, Spreads and Italian Sauces bringing a taste of Europe to the Indian consumers. Additionally, we have a range of moist ready to eat Cakes under the brand name of Kuppies. Besides these two well-loved brands Dr. Oetker India is present both in retail and foodservice with a wide range under several other brands including Professional in QSRs and HoReCa.


Are you passionate about building strategic customer relationships and driving business growth We're looking for a Senior Key Account Manager – QSR to join our team and manage strategic customer accounts, identify growth opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer experience across key QSR clients

Responsibiliti

  1. esServe as the primary point of contact for key QSR customers, managing day-to-day business interaction
  2. s.Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with existing clients while identifying and onboarding new QSR account
  3. s.Develop account growth strategies and lead annual commercial negotiations, including RFPs and pricing contract
  4. s.Collaborate closely with the NPD, Supply Chain, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and seamless service deliver
  5. y.Track business performance, identify growth opportunities, and maximize account potentia
  6. l.Stay updated on industry trends, customer insights, and competitive developments to drive business expansio
  7. n.Analyze sales trends, innovation opportunities, and market dynamics to recommend growth strategie
  8. s.Ensure timely delivery of products and services while maintaining high levels of customer satisfactio

n.Qualification and skil

  • lsGraduate/Postgraduate in business management, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. Advanced certifications are an advantag
  • e.8-10 years of experience in Sales and Key Account Management, preferably within the QSR, Food & Beverage, FMCG, or Food Ingredients industr
  • y.Strong relationship-building, negotiation and commercial acume
  • n.Proven ability to drive business growth and consistently achieve or exceed sales target
  • s.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skill
  • s.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmen
