Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Mumbai/Pune
Work model: UK Shift (2:00pm to 11:00pm IST).
Role:
- Responsible for configuring, managing, and customizing Jira to support business workflows.
- Duties include setting up projects, managing permissions, developing scripts and plugins, integrating Jira with other systems, supporting users, and optimizing system performance.
- Requires experience in Jira administration, scripting/API use, plugin development.
- strong problem-solving and communication skills.
