Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Java Spring Boot Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing robust and scalable applications using Java and the Spring Boot framework.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable and high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and ensure quality.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers in best practices.
Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.

Skills and Qualifications

7-15 years of experience in Java development with a strong focus on Spring Boot.
Proficient in RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra is a plus.
Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks is desirable.
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
