Responsibilities:
Technical Delivery
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications and services.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions.
- Collaborate with QA and DevOps to ensure smooth testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Collaboration.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to ship features end-to-end.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help maintain code quality across the team.
- Contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify technical improvements, optimize code for performance, and reduce technical debt.
- Explore new technologies and share knowledge with the team.
- Ensure application security, stability, and reliability in production environments.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in software development with a strong record of technical ownership.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java 8+.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs(Spring boot), microservices, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and caching systems like Redis/Aerospike.
- Solid understanding of different messaging systems like Solace & Kafka with experience in writing respective publisher & consumers.
- Experience with Go Lang, Python and frontend frameworks like React will be a plus
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Soft Skill:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
