Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Lead / Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and lead the delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and a proven ability to lead teams and drive technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Architect and implement microservices-based solutions
- Lead and mentor a team of developers (for Lead role)
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Drive best practices in coding, design, and system architecture
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Java (8/11/17)
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate
- Expertise in Microservices Architecture & REST APIs
- Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Familiarity with Kafka / messaging systems
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (preferred)
- Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.)
- Strong understanding of design patterns and system design
Preferred Skills
- Experience in event-driven architecture
- Knowledge of API Gateway, Redis, caching mechanisms
- Exposure to frontend technologies (Angular/React)
- Certifications in Java or Cloud (AWS, Azure)
Leadership Expectations (For Lead Role)
- Lead a team of 5–10 developers
- Drive project delivery and timelines
- Mentor junior team members
- Act as a technical point of contact for clients
