This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Java Software Engineer at Pivotrics in Bengaluru. As a Senior Java Software Engineer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing complex product features for a payment system. This will involve creating and maintaining features for a complex payment system developed using Java. You will be required to understand the given requirement, perform high-level gap analysis, propose solutions to senior architects, and deliver a high-quality product that will enhance customer experience. You will also contribute to design discussions, troubleshoot technical issues, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Software Design, Development, and Programming.
- Excellent grasp of OOPs, Component Technology, and Design Patterns.
- Fluent in programming with Java on the Unix platform with any industry-standard database.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Good understanding of software design principles and patterns.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
