Job Responsibilities

• Design, Build, Test and Deploy cuttingedge solutions at scale, impactingmillions of customersand directly impacting the top line by generating millions of dollars of revenue.
• Engaging with product management to take the product visionor business problemto the tech definition, implementation and successful deployment.
• Responsible for system analysis,design and architecture for the entire product/platform handlingmillions of transactions, developing both backend and frontend layer to make it more resilient.
• Responsible for ensuring nonfunctional attributes e.g., scalability, availability, serviceability, usabilityand practical aspects during the various phases of development.
• Defining projectscope, deliverables, dependencies, resources, timeline and budget, making sure projectsstay within delivery timeline in a full project life cycle, Establishing architectural and development standards around Logistics platforms
• Putting together technical write-upfor programming featuresof the site and ensuringteam members understand deliverables and have task lists.
• Responsible for technology choicesand tool selectionkeeping short and long-term interest.
• Work closelywith Automation teams to determinetesting requirements to ensure full coverage and the best quality of product.
• Promote and support companypolicies, procedures, mission,values, and standardsof ethics and integrity.
• While completing all of the above dutiesyou must maintainexcellent communication with the stakeholders while managing their expectations

Qualification:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in ComputerScience, Software Engineering from a reputedUniversity

• 7+ Yearsof experience in technical design,software development and architecture at the backendside involving scalable, high performant and available platform
• Hands-on experience in working on SaaS based product and Open-Source Technologies including Java, Spring boot, Python, Django, Distributed system technology, PostGreSQL database and NoSQL Database
• Technical Skills:JIRA, Gitlab, Rest API, GCP or AWS, Maven, Ansiblelike build &deployment (continuous integration) tools.
• A very good understanding on event-driven, microservices architectures and web services.
• Good knowledge in security and identity management
• Good knowledge in scaling and performance management
• Excellent verbaland written communication skills, such as meeting facilitation, presentation and documentation
