Senior Java / AI Developer based in India. This is a 100% remote opportunity where you'll work on large-scale digital platforms, combining backend engineering with AI-assisted development.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of overall software engineering experience
- 2+ years designing or building AI‑assisted / agent-driven systems
- Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot), Python, and React
- Cloud engineering experience with Kubernetes, Cloud Run, IAM, and networking
- Hands-on experience with Terraform (IaC) including modules and environment automation
- Experience integrating LLMs into real production workflows
- Knowledge of Kafka, GraphQL (schemas & resolvers), and API gateway patterns
- Experience with Elasticsearch, SQL, and NoSQL databases
- Experience with Google Antigravity or similar agent-first development workflows
- Exposure to Anthropic Claude Sonnet, Clawdbot / Claude Bot, or open-source AI agents
- Proven ability to lead architecture, mentor engineers, and drive innovation
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Windsurf, autonomous coding agents, or MCP-based workflows
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, retrieval pipelines, or agentic automation
- CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, Workload Identity Federation, Snyk, Sonar, and performance testing
