Java – Technical Lead / Senior Engineer
Location: Gurugram
Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Experience: 4–11 Years

Technical Lead – 4B: 9–11 Years | 1 Position
Technical Lead – 4A: 7–9 Years | 2 Positions
Senior Engineer – 3B: 4–6 Years | 6 Positions

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
Develop microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Work with Kafka for event-driven applications and integrations.
Participate in application design, development, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure application performance and quality.
For Technical Lead roles, provide technical guidance and support the development team.
What We're Looking For
Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, Microservices, and Kafka.
Good understanding of software development lifecycle and coding best practices.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
For Technical Lead positions, experience in technical ownership and guiding team members is preferred.
