Hiring: Full Stack Developer (Java / React.js)

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (Java / React.js) to join a high-performing Payments Technology team supporting mission-critical payment applications across APAC markets.

The role involves working on enterprise-grade payment systems responsible for processing high-value and time-sensitive financial transactions, with opportunities to contribute across front-end development, backend services, integrations, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React.js, and JavaScript (ES6+).

Build reusable and performant UI components using React Hooks, Redux (or equivalent state management).

Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and integration components.

Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and messaging platforms.

Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and release activities.

Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

Collaborate with business teams, QA teams, and globally distributed engineering teams.

Ensure adherence to secure coding standards and enterprise compliance requirements.

Support performance tuning and optimization across application layers.

Required Skills

Backend

Strong experience in Java/J2EE

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Hibernate

Experience building Microservices architectures

Knowledge of REST APIs and Web Services

Experience with Apache Camel and Spring Batch

Messaging technologies: Kafka, JMS, IBM MQ

Frontend

Strong experience with React.js

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)

Experience with Redux or equivalent state management

Experience with React Hooks

Knowledge of Jest, React Testing Library, and component testing

Familiarity with Webpack, npm, Yarn

Database & Infrastructure

Experience with Oracle or DB2

Unix/Linux and Shell scripting experience

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

Experience with Git, Maven, IntelliJ/Eclipse

Exposure to SonarQube, Black Duck, and secure coding practices

Preferred Experience

Banking, Payments, or Financial Services domain experience.

Exposure to transaction processing, settlements, accounting flows, or payment systems.

Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
