Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Java and related frameworks, solid experience with system architecture, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain robust Java-based applications

Lead the development of complex features and system components

Participate in architectural decisions and technical design reviews

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability

Collaborate with product managers, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders

Review code and provide constructive feedback to team members

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8+), OOP, and design patterns

Experience with Spring / Spring Boot and related frameworks

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)

Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

Familiarity with ORM tools such as Hibernate or JPA

Experience with version control systems (Git)

Strong knowledge of unit testing and testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)

Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Exposure to front-end technologies (Angular, React, or similar)
