Location: Bangalore – MG Road

Work Mode: Hybrid | First 3 Months – 100% WFO

Java | Spring Boot | Kafka | Redis | Microservices | Telecom Core Networking | 3G/4G/5G | 3GPP | PCC | PCF | PCRF | Policy & Charging

Role Highlights

  • Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.
  • Design & develop high-performance, scalable microservices.
  • Work on Telecom Core Network / Policy & Charging solutions.
  • Build and manage Kafka event-streaming pipelines.
  • Implement Redis caching & data solutions.
  • Drive architecture, code quality, performance & technical excellence.
  • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Must Have

Strong hands-on Java & Spring Boot

Expertise in Kafka, Redis & Microservices

Strong Telecom Core Networking knowledge

Hands-on understanding of 3G/4G/5G & 3GPP

Experience with PCC / PCF / PCRF / Policy & Charging

Team leadership & architectural experience
