Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java + React Developer with 712 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js, along with the ability to mentor team members, drive technical solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
- Lead backend development using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development and production environments.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Contribute to CI/CD implementation and Agile delivery practices.
Required Skills
- 7 to 12 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java (Java 8/11/17).
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, and Hibernate.
- Strong experience in Microservices architecture and REST API development.
- Solid experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, React Hooks, and Redux.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra is an advantage.
- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Knowledge of API Gateway, OAuth2, JWT, and secure application development.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK Stack, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
