Job Description

  • Experience required: 5-12 years

  • Collaborate as part of an Agile development team
  • Drive technical designs to support business objectives
  • Independently analyze existing implementations
  • Take initiative to understand the current architecture, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes with minimal oversight
  • Maintain a high-quality software mindset, ensuring effective code functionality and suggesting improvements as needed
  • Build efficient middleware interfaces with reasonable SLAs
  • Prepare technical documentation
  • Qualifications
  • Education:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Mandatory Skills
  • API First approach is essential
  • Strong background in Spring Boot development
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in software engineering
  • Proficient in Java development with practical Experience Experience in consuming and defining REST services
  • Familiarity with unit test frameworks
  • Ability to deliver solutions based on business requirements
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work with global teams and adapt to a flexible work schedule
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and REST APIs
  • Proficiency in databases and SQL
  • Familiarity with Elastic/Solr Search
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric focus
  • Experience with third-party libraries
  • Experience with Microservices, Event-Oriented Architectures, and Distributed Systems
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (Amazon Web Services)
  • Experience with product-oriented engineering development is a plus
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git preferred)
  • Understanding of DevOps practices/principles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and the product development lifecycle
