Job Description
Workfall is a new-age Premium Talent Tech Platform, looking for enthusiastic and self-driven developers to join our innovative & growing Development Team.
Eligibility:
● Experience in Java development.
● Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot is mandatory.
● Experience working with microservices architecture.
● Strong understanding of database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
● Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
Work Location: Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 5-6 years
Key Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and maintain backend components and services.
● Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
● Develop RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with front-end components.
● Optimize database design, queries, and performance (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
● Deploy and manage applications using AWS cloud services.
● Debug and resolve technical issues effectively.
● Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
● Document development processes and code changes.
● Collaborate with frontend developers and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
● Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements:
● Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java (Java 8+ preferred).
● Frameworks: Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA.
● Databases: Strong experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
● Architecture: Solid understanding of Microservices, REST APIs, database architecture and distributed systems.
● Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, Cloudwatch) is a plus.
● Version Control: Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
● Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills.
