Senior Java Developer with DevOps Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise Java applications while contributing to software modernization initiatives.
• Build, enhance, and support CI/CD pipelines, including migration from Jenkins to GitHub Actions.
• Support containerization and deployment activities using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Maintain development infrastructure and cloud services on GCP.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Gradle.
• Working knowledge of GCP services (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, etc.).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD modernization.
• Python, Golang, or JavaScript.
• Configuration management tools such as SaltStack, Chef, or Puppet.

Role Mix

• Approximately 75% Java Development and 25% DevOps, depending on project requirements.
