InRhythm is seeking a high-caliber Senior Software Engineer to join team, focusing on the intersection of robust backend engineering and the Microsoft AI Copilot ecosystem. As an L3 Consultant, you will be part of a high-velocity squad tasked with evolving digital and corporate productivity landscape. You will be responsible for building the backend services that power and extend AI-driven experiences, ensuring they are seamless, secure, and scalable.
Your Impact
You will bridge the gap between enterprise Java services and Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility. By building robust APIs and integration layers, you enable client to leverage generative AI within their existing workflows, driving measurable improvements in operational efficiency and engineering velocity.
What You Will Do
- Engineering Excellence: Design and deploy production-grade microservices using Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
- Copilot Extensibility: Build and maintain Microsoft Copilot extensions (via plugins or Microsoft Graph connectors) to integrate proprietary data and backend logic into the Copilot interface.
- AI Orchestration: Implement the middleware required to translate user prompts into actionable backend queries using Java-based AI frameworks.
- Data Integration: Utilize the Microsoft Graph API to securely access and surface organizational data within AI-driven workflows.
- Production Ownership: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of your features, including the deployment and monitoring of AI-integrated services.
- Consultative Execution: Partner with client stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases for AI Copilot integration within their internal ecosystems.
What You Will Bring
Must Have Experience:
- Java Mastery: 5-8 years of experience with Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
- Microsoft AI Stack: Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility, including building plugins or using the Teams AI Library.
- API Development: Deep expertise in RESTful API design and integration with the Microsoft Graph API.AI
- Cloud Native Architecture: Production experience with AWS or Azure, specifically around serverless functions and containerized services.
- Modern SDLC: Proficiency in CI/CD, automated testing, and security protocols for AI-driven applications.
Nice to Have Experience:
- Experience with Azure OpenAI Service or Semantic Kernel for Java.
- Understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate) as it relates to AI workflows.
