Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in
Spring Boot,
Microservices, and hands-on exposure to the
Retail or Supply Chain domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend systems, integrating APIs, and ensuring high performance for enterprise-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Architecture teams to deliver high-quality backend components
- Implement and enhance system-level integrations across Retail/Supply Chain applications
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a strong focus on backend performance and reliability
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize microservices for better response time and system stability
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning activities
Required Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java development
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience working in Retail or Supply Chain domain
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced Agile environments
Good to Have
- Experience with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, or other container/orchestration tools
- Knowledge of relational & NoSQL databases
- Exposure to performance tuning and monitoring tools
