Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement complex Java applications using Spring Boot, Spring Security, and other related frameworks.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, designers, QA) to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.
• Stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, including advanced concepts such as multithreading, concurrency, and collections.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, and related frameworks.
• Experience with Apache Kafka or similar message queuing systems.
• Good understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
