Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-availability Java-based applications and microservices
Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
Build and optimize RESTful services using Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC)
Ensure application performance, security, and reliability through best coding practices
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently
Collaborate closely with product managers, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions on time

Required Qualifications & Skills

Strong experience in Java development with hands-on expertise in building microservices-based architectures
In-depth knowledge of the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring Data, Spring Security)
Proficiency in software design patterns and best practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Experience working in Agile development environments
Ability to work independently as well as in collaborative team settings
