Job Roles & Responsibilities: -
- Design, develop, and lead teams in building secure payment systems.
- Integrate services with cloud HSMs, acquirers, and payment gateways.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Apply design patterns & OOP principles to solve complex problems.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable system design.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies.
Job Skills & Requirements: -Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
- 5+ years of experience in payment services / financial industry.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Java, Java EE, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
- Hands-on with relational databases, SQL, ORM tools.
- Experience with web frameworks (JSF, Wicket, GWT, etc.).
- Knowledge of cryptography & payment security standards.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and Microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with GitLab and CI/CD practices.
Behavioral Skills
- Strong communication & problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Relevant industry certifications.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of payment services & financial domain.
