About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot and a solid understanding of AWS and cloud-based environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Build scalable, high-performance, and secure backend services
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs
- Work with AWS cloud services for application deployment and infrastructure
- Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and unit testing
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability
- Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and DevOps teams
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decisions
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java development
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture
- Good understanding of AWS / cloud infrastructure
- Experience building and maintaining scalable backend applications
- Proficiency in REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
