Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with solid experience in Microservices architecture and hands-on lead experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing and developing scalable backend systems, debugging complex issues, and guiding development teams.
Mandatory Skills- Microservices Architecture
- Architectural Designing Experience
- Java Technical Lead Experience
Technical Skills Required- Java, OOP principles
- RESTful API development
- ORM Frameworks (Hibernate/JPA)
- SQL/NoSQL databases (MSSQL preferred)
- DevOps basics, CI/CD exposure, Git version control
- Code security best practices & performance optimization
Roles & Responsibilities- Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java and Microservices
- Architect microservices solutions and define best practices
- Build RESTful services and integrate with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Perform code reviews and ensure quality deliverables
- Optimize application performance and ensure secure coding practices
- Debug and resolve complex production and system issues
- Mentor and guide junior developers within the team
