Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance Java applications
- Implement complex business logic, algorithms, and time series programs (problem-solving skills like LeetCode required)
- Build RESTful Web Services and microservices using Spring Boot and Spring MVC
- Leverage Java 8+ features (Lambdas, Streams), Collections, Generics, and advanced multithreading
- Focus on performance, reliability, scalability, and security
- Integrate with messaging systems (JMS, Kafka, RabbitMQ preferred)
- Collaborate in Agile/SCRUM teams, participate in code reviews, and provide mentorship
Core Skills Required
- Core Java 8+, with strength in Lambdas, Streams API, Collections, Generics, Multithreading
- Advanced programming & algorithmic problem-solving skills
- Proven expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, microservices architectures
- REST API design and integration
- Experience with Java Messaging frameworks/tools (JMS, Kafka, RabbitMQ preferred)
- Proficiency in Git and Maven
- Agile/SCRUM development exposure
