Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and solid backend experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka. The ideal candidate should have hands-on full-stack development experience, with approximately 60% focus on frontend and 40% on backend.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable applications using React.js on the frontend.
- Build robust backend services using Java 8, Spring Boot, Kafka, and MongoDB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Ensure responsive UI/UX and integration with backend services.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of relevant experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js (preferred over Angular).
- Hands-on experience with Java 8, Spring Boot, Kafka, and MongoDB.
- Good understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience with REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD tools.
- Capability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively with the team.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Angular (basic or working exposure).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
