Required Skills and Experience

• 8–14 years of experience in backend application development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and Java/J2EE concepts.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Strong experience in designing and developing Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including producers, consumers, topics, partitions, and consumer groups.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and backend service integration.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and coding standards.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architecture.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and implement Microservices-based applications.
• Develop and manage event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.
• Design and develop REST APIs and integrate backend services.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Identify and resolve technical issues through effective debugging and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
• Follow software development best practices and coding standards.
