Requirements

● Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java 8 & higher,

Servlet, JSP and Swing.

● Write clean, efficient, and testable code with JUnit.

● Handle XML processing for configuration and data manipulation.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver

scalable solutions.

● Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members.

● Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.

● Participate in Peer reviews and ensure quality deliverables.

● Optimize performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system stability.

● Working with build tools such as ANT is a plus.

Qualification

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

● Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Java development.

● Insurance domain experience is a strong plus.

● Proven experience in leading teams or designing enterprise application architecture.

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
