Title: Java Architect

Job Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on Java Architect with strong experience in designing and building scalable, cloud-native, and serverless applications. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in object-oriented programming, full-stack architecture, and modern cloud technologies. Experience in HR/Payroll or Enterprise SaaS domains with workflow and compliance understanding is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect end-to-end enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
Build and deploy cloud-native and serverless applications on AWS (or other cloud platforms).
Lead design discussions, define technical standards, and ensure best practices in OOP and design patterns.
Work closely with development teams to provide hands-on technical guidance.
Drive performance, scalability, and security in all architecture decisions.
Collaborate with DevOps, Data, and UI teams for integrated solution delivery.
Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical architectures.
Contribute to modernization of legacy systems and ensure solutions are resilient, scalable, and future-ready.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Business stakeholders.
Required Skills:
Strong Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and OOP concepts.
Experience in AWS or other cloud platforms.
Good understanding of serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.).
Experience in full-stack architecture and integration (frontend + backend + database).
Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Awareness of AI/ML and Agentic AI concepts for potential integration with enterprise solutions.
Preferred:
AWS or Cloud certification.
Experience in designing high-performance, secure enterprise systems.
Exposure to GenAI and AI-driven workflow automation or integrations
