Profile: Associate Software Architect_Java
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery/workshops and translate business requirements into scalable, secure, high-performance solutions.
- Own end-to-end architecture, HLD/LLD, NFRs, architecture governance, technology roadmap, and design decisions.
- Architect solutions using Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Microservices, React, Angular, Vuejs, TypeScript, REST, GraphQL, DDD, CQRS, and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Design frontend and backend architecture, including APIs, integrations, messaging, security, performance, scalability, and resiliency.
- Drive AWS/cloud-native architecture, modernization, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps, observability, HA and DR.
- Work closely with customers, BAs, Product, Engineering, QA and DevOps teams; lead requirement analysis and architecture/design reviews.
- Provide technical leadership, stakeholder management, solution consulting and pre-sales support where required.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including GenAI/AI-enabled engineering.
Key Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in Solution/Technical/Application Architecture or Technical Consulting with strong customer-facing experience.
- Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture, HLD/LLD, NFRs, DDD, CQRS, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, APIs and distributed systems.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java 17/21, Spring Boot, React, Angular, Vuejs, TypeScript, JavaScript, Redux/Redux Toolkit, REST and GraphQL.
- Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/EventBridge/API Gateway and AWS services such as ECS/EKS, Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch and IAM.
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps, security, observability, scalability, resiliency, HA and DR.
- Strong business analysis, requirement engineering, stakeholder management, communication and technical leadership skills.
- Preferred: React testing, Micro Frontends, enterprise design systems, AWS/TOGAF certification, pre-sales and GenAI exposure.
