About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Senior ITSM Practitioner to lead the technical sales process and solution design for ServiceNow, FreshWorks, BMC , SolarWinds ManageEngine and similar IT Service Management, Operations Management engagement. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions, working closely with sales, delivery teams, and clients to architect scalable, innovative, and value-driven ServiceNow solutions

What You'll Do:
- Overall 12+ years of experience having working experience and at least 8+ years experience in ServiceNow, Freshworks, Solarwinds, BMC or other ITSM platform pre-sales or solution consulting roles.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Now Assist, App Engine, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, IRM and/or SecOps.
- Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide Script), integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), and data modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales/customer teams to understand client requirements and craft tailored ServiceNow, Freshworks or other ITSM platform solutions.
- Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to showcase ServiceNow capabilities.
- Develop and present solution architecture, including integrations, workflows, and platform capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS (ITSM, ITOM, etc.) are highly preferred

- Undertake domestic and international travel as necessary for short-term assignments to support customer workshops and presentations.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Now Assist, App Engine, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, IRM and/or SecOps.
