Senior IT System Administrator (Windows)

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022).
• Administer email platforms such as Google G-Suite and Microsoft Office 365.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO), and RADIUS.
• Administer identity and access management systems, including Ping, SSO, and EntraID.
• Handle PKI certificate lifecycle management and associated infrastructure.
• Implement and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions (e.g., DUO, RSA).
• Manage and maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware and/or Hyper-V.
• Operate within cloud environments including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Maintain backup technologies such as Veeam, Backup Exec, or Rubrik.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and PCI audit requirements.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, VBScript, etc.
• Collaborate with internal teams on enterprise applications like ERP, BI systems, etc.

Desirable Skills

• Experience administering Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Basic experience with Linux server administration.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM platform.
• Knowledge of Kace Software Deployment.
• Experience managing JAMF MDM, Microsoft Intune, and AutoPilot.
• Knowledge of endpoint protection tools like CrowdStrike.
• Administration of VDI environments.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar systems/network administration role.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Certified in at least one core technology (e.g., Microsoft, VMware).
