The opportunity
Usercentered design sits at the heart of every digital initiative we launch. We are looking for a
Senior UX Consultant who can set strategy, lead design delivery and champion continuous improvementturning complex requirements into seamless, businessready experiences.
Grow together
- Drive discovery conduct interviews, contextual inquiries and analytics reviews to surface user and business needs.
- Translate insights create personas, user flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes that tell a clear design story.
- Design intuitive UIs deliver highfidelity screens that balance efficiency, accessibility and brand standards.
- Govern consistency evolve and document designsystem components and accessibility specs.
- Audit & optimize run heuristic reviews and competitive benchmarking; produce prioritized improvement roadmaps.
- Lead the conversation facilitate stakeholder workshops, present to mixed audiences and align UX strategy to enterprise KPIs.
- Validate continuously plan usability tests, analyze results and iterate for measurable impact.
- Raise maturity conduct UXpractice assessments, recommend change roadmaps and mentor peers on best practices.
Ready to embark on the journey Here's what we are looking for
- Proven success as aUXConsultant or Designer for enterprisegrade software or complex IT systems is highly desirable.
- Portfolio showcasing usercentered solutions, strategic thinking and measurable outcomes
- Expert knowledge of research methods, interactiondesign principles and accessibility standards
- Mastery of Figma, AdobeXD or similar prototyping tools
- Strong analytical, facilitation and storytelling skills; able to influence senior stakeholders
- Fluent English and the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently
