We are looking for a Senior IT Technical Recruiter who brings high integrity, strong process discipline, and a stakeholder‑first mindset, and who consistently delivers outcome‑driven hiring results. This role goes beyond transactional recruitment and positions the recruiter as a trusted talent partner to business stakeholders and clients.

The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional communication skills, deep understanding of skill variants, strong awareness of market intelligence, and the ability to leverage AI tools and data to deliver a differentiated candidate and stakeholder experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to act as a trusted hiring advisor to business leaders and clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high ownership, integrity, and accountability.
• Strong understanding of technology skills, skill variants, market trends, and talent availability.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, dashboards, and process-driven hiring.
• Exposure to AI-enabled sourcing tools, intelligent recruitment practices, and data-driven hiring strategies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver quality closures, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Strong process discipline with focus on SLA adherence, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement.
