Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across diverse IT skill sets
  • Manage the complete recruitment process including requirement intake, shortlisting, interviews, and offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and technical teams
  • Utilize job boards, social platforms, and networking channels to attract top talent
  • Ensure compliance with Canadian hiring standards, tax terms, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and deliver timely updates to stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably focused on the Canadian market
  • Strong understanding of Canadian tax terms such as T4, Inc, and other engagement models
  • Proven experience working with direct clients and implementation partners
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and ATS platforms
