Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter specializing in domestic hiring for consulting engagements. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for IT consulting projects across India. The recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment specifically for consulting or client-facing IT roles, ensuring timely closure with high-quality talent.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic consulting roles in IT.
• Partner with project managers and hiring managers to understand specific consulting requirements.
• Source candidates through:
• Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster)
• LinkedIn and social media networking
• Employee referrals and internal databases
• Conduct initial screenings and HR interviews to shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate technical and client interviews between consultants and hiring managers.
• Handle salary negotiations, offer rollout, and joining formalities for consulting engagements.
• Maintain candidate pipeline for ongoing and future consulting projects.
• Update and maintain ATS, trackers, and reports for recruitment metrics.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, timelines, and internal hiring policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Min 8+ years of experience in IT recruitment with consulting-only experience (no domestic permanent hiring).
• Strong knowledge of IT roles in consulting (technology consulting, ERP, cloud, digital, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing, job portals, and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of salary bands, notice periods, and IT consulting market trends in India.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting for SAP, Oracle, Cloud, Digital, and Product IT consulting roles.
• Exposure to high-volume or urgent consulting hiring.
• Familiarity with contract, fixed-term, and project-based hiring models.
