Job Description

  • Act as a key member of the recruitment team, supporting end-to-end hiring processes across various business functions.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using job portals, professional networks, and internal databases.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, follow-ups, and feedback loops with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers regularly.
  • Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates aligned with hiring needs and EST-aligned workflow.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and upcoming hiring requirements.
  • Support employer-branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable profiles.
  • Utilize sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle efficiently while adhering to US/EST time-zone expectations.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to determine fitment.
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders and maintain recruitment SLAs.
  • Assist in onboarding coordination when required.
