About the Role
Best NanoTech is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to join our Human Resources team on an onsite basis. You will work directly with India's leading IT firms, Fortune 500 companies, and high-growth technology start-ups to identify, screen, and place top technology talent across software development, cloud engineering, data analytics, DevOps, cybersecurity, and emerging technology domains.
You will manage the complete hiring lifecycle, leverage cutting-edge recruitment tools, and directly impact India's India's digital economy expansion and tech workforce development. You will work collaboratively with hiring managers, business development teams, and senior leadership to build high-performing IT teams across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete hiring lifecycle: requirement intake, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and joining support
- Actively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter Professional, industry databases, university networks, and direct outreach
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for recurring roles and emerging requirements
- Screen candidates through phone/video interviews, assessing both technical capability and cultural alignment
- Ask insightful, behaviour-based questions to accurately evaluate candidate potential beyond resume credentials
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring clients; provide regular pipeline updates and market insights
- Communicate candidate progress and feedback with clarity and professionalism
- Coordinate interviews and communicate outcomes with professionalism and timeliness
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter Professional for targeted sourcing, research, and InMail outreach
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related discipline) mandatory
- Master's degree in Human Resources / HR Management preferred
- Minimum 12 years of recruitment experience preferably in IT, technical or engineering domain recruitment (software development, cloud platforms, data science, DevOps, or IT infrastructure).
Technical & Tool Competency
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter Professional (sourcing, research, InMail, Analytics)
- Hands-on experience with at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new recruitment platforms and tools

- Ability to ask insightful, behaviour-based questions that reveal candidate potential, motivation, and fit
- Creative approach to sourcing challenges; resourceful in filling niche or difficult-to-fill roles
