Role: Senior IT Recruiter

Experience: Min. 4 years in hardcore Technical Recruitment (SaaS / Design / Data / Analytics)

Fixed Salary: 5.5LPA +/- range based on fitment

Variable: Flat commission per closure - Uncapped

Location: Ahmedabad (Thaltej area)

Mode: Work From Office - 5 days a week

Job Type: Permanent - Full Time

Joining: Immediate to 15 days preferred

PLEASE SELF-ASSESS BEFORE APPLYING:

• End-to-end recruitment experience (direct sourcing, interview scheduling and coordination, candidate engagement and senior client stakeholder management)
• Extremely good understanding of technical concepts and hiring roles like Full Stack, DevOps, AI/ML, Analytics, UI/UX, Data Engineering, Solution Architect etc.
• Worked in crunch / volume hiring scenarios
• Hands-on with relevant tools (ATS, job portals, social media hiring, managing referrals etc.)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with both the clients and candidates
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
