Senior It Recruiter

Job Title: Senior IT recruiter (UK process)

Location: Shilp Corporate Park

Experience: 3 -5 years (must have experience of team management)

Salary – 30000/Month

Shift – Morning (9am to 6pm)

Key Responsibilities:

·      Handling the candidate Profiles and team management.

·      Lead, guide, and support junior recruiters to ensure smooth operations and achievement of targets.

·      Train and mentor new team members, monitor their performance, and provide regular feedback to improve productivity.

·      Identify opportunities to improve the job application process.

·      Stay updated on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, technical job roles, and effective resume application practices.

·      Build and maintain good relationship with the vendors.

·      Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.

·      Speaking with the candidates, resolving their issues and managing emails

·      Stay updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment, technologies, and best practices.

·      Build and maintain a strong pipeline of interviews.

Required Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in any field

·      3 to 5 years of experience in same field

·      Understanding of technical roles such as Software Developers, DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists, Network Administrators, etc.

·      Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·      Ability to manage multiple candidate resumes.

·      Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.

·      Familiarity with Linked in , Chat GPT, Excel , word , Gmail
